Rachel Rising Picked Up For TV By Alcon Entertainment

THR is reporting that Terry Moore's Rachel Rising has been picked up by Alcon Television Group, the TV arm of Alcon Entertainment.

Moore will serve as an executive producer with Lloyd Levin, a producer well-versed in the comics sphere with credits such as the Hellboy movies and Watchmen. Alcon’s Andrew Kosove, Broderick Johnson and Sharon Hall will also exec produce.

The comic is described as :
Rachel Beck wakes in a shallow grave and claws her way free as a mysterious woman watches from a bluff. With no memory of the night before, Rachel enlists the help of Aunt Johnny, the town mortician, to find her killer. But when repeated attacks send her to the morgue, Rachel's ability to wake from death again and again prove to be a blessing and a curse, and the eerie town of Manson will never be the same!
