Independent film production group Fighting Owl Films has released a brief teaser trailer for Night of the Krampus, a holiday-themed short film that's currently in production. Night of the Krampus is a thirty-minute follow-up to the company's popular feature film, The Night Shift. In Night of the Krampus, cemetery caretaker Rue Morgan, skeletal sidekick Herbie, and Rue's crush Claire venture out of the graveyard and into suburbia to investigate why all of the town's "naughty" children are disappearing in the weeks leading up to Christmas Eve. Are these random kidnappings, or could there be something more supernatural in play? This unique and humorous look at Santa's little-known "helper," Krampus, is sure to delight audiences of all ages…and maybe remind the little ones of the importance of being good!
