New International Trailer Revealed For ‘Morbius’

Sony Pictures bared their fangs by revealing a new international trailer for the upcoming Morbius film. Directed by Daniel Espinosa, Morbius is set to star Jared Leto along with Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal and Tyrese Gibson.

The new trailer starts with Jared Leto personally speaking to fans about the movie while offering a brief synopsis of the Morbius character. The actual trailer starts at about one-minute in and shows the struggles Michael Morbius goes through in an attempt to cure his blood disease. From there, the action picks up and we get to see brief glimpses of the living vampire in action.

Created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane, Morbius first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #101 in October 1971. Since that time, the character has appeared in hundreds of issues and even a handful of his own titles.
