New ‘E! True Hollywood Story’ Delves into Stories Behind Cursed Film Sets and the Annabelle Doll

Legends about cursed film sets and the after-effects of starring in horror films involving devilish subjects have long been the stuff of Hollywood lore. This Sunday, E!’s True Hollywood Stories will examine how real these curses actually are with their Halloween special, Horror Movies: Cursed or Coincidence?

According to the official press release, the special edition will examine rumors of haunted and cursed activity on and off the set on The Exorcist, The Conjuring, and other horror favorites.  Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans will also join the party as an expert witness who truly understands the scope of the problem, as not only a part of Ghost Adventures, but also as the purveyor of many cursed objects at this haunted museum in Las Vegas.

Bagans stated his opinion with no hesitation about the famous doll, saying that “When it comes to haunted objects, you think of Annabelle right away.”

E!’s True Hollywood Stories: Horror Movies: Cursed or Coincidence? airs at 10:00 pm this Sunday on E!.
