New Cast Members added to ‘3 From Hell’

Rob Zombie has a lot more than 3 From Hell now with Emilio Rivera, Tom Papa, David Ury and Clint Howard being added to the expanding cast of the follow-up to The Devil’s Rejects.

Rivera is known for playing Marcus Alvarez on FX’s Sons of Anarchy but can be seen also in Netflix’s On My Block and the upcoming spin-off Mayans MC.

In his Instagram announcement post, Zombie said ,“I wonder how he fits it?” Right? Maybe he’s part of Danny Trejo’s new crew? After all, Trejo’s character DID survive The Devil’s Rejects… We’ll see soon!”

Also announced via Zombie’s Instagram, Papa has worked with the director previously by providing his voice for the titular character in The Haunted World of El Superbeasto.

Ury, who played Schizo-Head in Zombie’s previous film 31, has also worked on television series such as Breaking Bad and Bones.

Howard comes on to the film after working with Zombie on Halloween ‘07 and The Lords of Salem. The younger brother of filmmaker Ron Howard, he is known for his roles of Eaglebauer in Rock ‘n’ Roll High School and the titular character in the 1995 horror film Ice Cream Man. He is scheduled to appear in the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Written and directed by Zombie, Hell stars returning cast members Bill Moseley, Sheri Moon Zombie, Sid Haig and Daniel Roebuck, who portrayed Otis Driftwood, Baby Firefly, Captain Spaulding and Morris Green, Ruggsville’s TV personality, respectively.

Hell is third in Rob Zombie’s original film series after House of 1000 Corpses in 2003 and Rejects in 2005. Cast members to the newest entry are Austin Stoker, Jeff Daniel Phillips and Dee Wallace.

Check back soon for more casting news as filming enters week three.

Since Mark was four years old he has always loved the horror genre, even when his mother would be a good parent and not let him watch such films. It was when he would sneak into the Horror section at the video store called Tommy K's that he would see all of the VHS covers of classics like Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm Street.

During his time as a journalism major and news staff writer at Southern CT State University, he had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing paranormal investigator Lorraine Warren before a seminar in 2009 at the Lyman Center on campus.
