Jordan Peele’s Horror Film, GET OUT Gets Release Date and Trailer

A trailer has been released for Universal’s new horror film, Get Out. The film, which is written and directed by Key & Peele’s Jordan Peele, is set to be released in theaters on February 24th.

The trailer shows us Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) and Rose (Allison Williams) who are a young couple in love that have reached the meet-the-parents part of dating. Chris is a bit apprehensive about going because Rose has not told her parents that he is an African-American.

Social aspects seemed to be explored in the film as Rose hits a deer on the way to her parents and the officer asks Chris for his license. That seems to ratchet up the tension and set the tone for what comes next.

The family’s overly accommodating behavior makes Chris a bit as nervous and as the weekend progresses, he finds a truth that he could have never imagined.

Check out the first trailer for the film below. Keep it locked here for further updates!
