Incredible New Trailer Released for Blade Runner 2049

Warner Bros. Pictures have just released an amazing new trailer for Blade Runner 2049 which perfectly captures the world of the original 1982 film. Between the sets, the characters, and the music, fans will feel right at home with this exciting piece of promotional material. Watch it below right now!

Anything you could ask for in a Blade Runner sequel is all there, ladies and gentlemen! Ryan Gosling’s scenes prove he was born to be the protagonist of a contemporary version of this franchise. Ana de Armas and Dave Bautista look fresh and unique while calling back subtle hints of Pris and Leon, respectively. And better yet, the desert sequences and the animals of the film show that 2049 might explore more of the major motifs and themes of Philip K. Dick’s source novel!

Fresh off of Sicario and Arrival, director Denis Villeneuve is red hot in Hollywood at the moment. The gorgeous look of this trailer suggests he’s going to continue with his streak of interesting and engaging films. The fact that Hampton Fancher (writer of the original film) and Michael Green (Logan) have written the script makes the project all the more promising. After watching this trailer at least five times, all I can say is, so far so good!

Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters on October 6th, 2017. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more details on this exciting project as they break!
