FX Releases Official Trailer for Alex Garland’s ‘Devs’

Devs, the mysterious new limited series from writer/director Alex Garland, is finally ready to make its debut. Fans of Garland’s previous work on Ex Machina and Annihilation have been eager for crumbs of information about the series ever since it was announced and its impressive cast of starring actors was revealed (frequent Garland collaborator Sonoya Mizuno, Nick Offerman, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Jin Ha, and more).  FX has finally pulled back the curtain and released a full-length trailer for Devs, which you can watch below:

Like Garland’s other work, Devs features stunning sets and impressive imagery. And with a cast like this, how could one possibly not be excited?

Well, there’s one catch: now that the Disney/Fox merger has been finalized, Disney is moving some upcoming FX series exclusively to Hulu. So, Devs is an FX show, but you can only watch it on FX on Hulu. This exclusivity arrangement will certainly please people who pay for Hulu but don’t pay for FX. But it’ll likely disappoint people who pay for FX but don’t pay for Hulu and people who pay for digital season passes for FX shows but don’t pay for Hulu. Ah, the wonders of cord-cutting!

Devs premieres on FX on Hulu on March 5th, 2020. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for complete coverage of this exciting new series… as soon as we could figure out how to stream it!
