Full-Length Official Trailer Released for Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Mother!’

Last week’s mysterious 30-second teaser clip for Darren Aronofsky’s highly anticipated film, Mother!, certainly asked more questions than it answered. Fortunately, Paramount have just unveiled their official full-length trailer for the upcoming thriller, which stars Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem.

The new clip shows that this film will have a lot more in common with Aronofsky’s previous works like Black Swan and Requiem for a Dream than his most recent project, Noah. The clip features numerous disturbing images and situations, and some scenes delve into the sort of abstract terror Arnonofsky is known for. Some parts of the clip throw off a serious Rosemary’s Baby vibe as Lawrence’s character begins to uncover the secrets of her lover and his new guests.

You can watch the entire trailer below:

Mother! releases in theaters on September 15th, 2017. In addition to Lawrence and Bardem, the film will also star Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson, and Krisen Wiig. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more details on this exciting project as they break!
