I am a the hotel babysitting a group in house and I have a pop quiz for you guys and gals........

If a Zombie outbreak happened today and word got to you and your family and friends, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Fortify your house or condo?
Get in the Car and run for the hills?
OTHER

We have seen all of the very good and very bad in the zombie films. If you did not join the ranks of the dead or undead, WWYD?

Personally, I would hold up as long as I can because I am in a Major Metro city so all of the ways in and out of the city would be pretty muched messed up. I would fill up every bathtubn, pot , bottle, that I could and seal up as much as possiable in my condo building.

I blieve that I would have to fortify where I am. Plan escape routes, gather necessary things into a back pack and a weapon for each hand.

I dont know Im in the middle of reading the walking dead and I gotta say it has me thinking I would head for the country side and look for a rather secure location, arm myself and probably go all Rambo on those rotten punks.

(a) Run (quickly) away from the zombies.
(b) Arm myself (massively) to fight off any zombie.
(c) Not stay in any one location for more than a couple of hours.
(d) Communicate with the nearest military installation (National Guard, Army, whatever)
(e) Look out for surprise plot twists.

Aaron

It gets pretty remote a few hours north of me, I'd arm myself to the teeth and hole up in a hunting camp for a few years. Don't come knocking on my door, unless you have a death wish.

Pull out my copy of Max Brooks "Zombie Survival Guide" and follow it like my life depends on it, because it does!

Seriously though, I have weapons, food, water, supplies, and a plan. Not paranoid, just prepared. The stuff I have could easily serve in any sort of danger scenario.

I live in a pretty poplulated area so I have a plan to bug out for the country where my parent live. Sparse population, they're on a well, have generators, a ham radio, and enough supplies, ammo and provisions to last or months. There is hunting a plenty in their area, they are secluded, and their place is easily defensible.

people want to be with their parents.
i find that interesting..
maybe its because this would be our chance to save them and repay them for all the teenage angst. lol

But will you have to run and gun. Remember 28 Days, it was just a bad idea for Jim to go to his parents house.

I believe eventually I would have to make an attempt to get to other loved ones. I used to play goalie in hockey so I would get on all my equipment and a bat and see how far I could get.

you're going to end up like the crazy guy in the remake "dawn of the dead".. the one that they send the dog to give food to.

getting to my father would be a must. i mean, the guy hasn't remarried or dated since mom died.. all i would be thinking is of him scared with his little winer dog and obese cat at his side. he has one more cat but im sure she would have jumped ship long ago to save herself.

he lives on near the lake so if there is problems, steal a boat and go to the rcmp fort that is basically i giant castle, moat and all.. (moat not filled)

if i made it that far.. odd are i would be running, fall and break my neck.. before even seeing a zombie. lol.
