Feast Your Eyes on This Poster Art for The Mummy!

Hot off the buzz from the appearance of new footage at this week’s CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Universal has released new poster art for The Mummy. While early footage largely focused on Tom Cruise action sequences, the studio and the filmmakers have been eager to let fans know that the film will feature a strong horror element. Her double pupil and hieroglyphic markings are on full display on this one sheet, which can be viewed in full below:

The Mummy hits theaters on June 9th, 2017, and Universal hopes it will usher in a cinematic universe based on the studio’s world famous monsters. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more information on The Mummy as it breaks!

John has loved movie monsters for as far back as he can remember. He's since collected up as many comics, statues, and autographed material related to movies and music that he can get his hands on. He is particularly interested in the critical and analytical discussion of the best stories the horror genre has to offer. One of his largest works on the topic is a study on the portrayals of people with disabilities in horror films.
